The Contempo Smooth Model features a completely flush and smooth exterior with no texture. It was developed to meet the needs of today’s green, heated buildings providing an R-value of 16.0. The sleek, textureless, modern appearance is perfect for contemporary residential applications as well as commercial properties. This model is also available with a matching flush interior for an upgrade. Custom door heights can be designed with the standard sections heights of 18”, 21” and 24” sections.

Standard aluminum exterior completely flush and smooth with no texture.

Interior:
Standard white textured interior with shallow rib Matching flush interior and custom colors available for upgrade.

Door Width:
For door widths over 16’-2”, please consult with Arm-R-Lite.

Track:
Arm-R-Tite galvanized 2” or 3” track with marine / corrosive resistant option available for an upgrade.

Hardware:
Galvanized stamped steel 14 gauge. Heavy duty ball bearings with hardened inner race. Marine / corrosive resistant hardware package available..

Lead Time:
Standard production lead time of 6-8 weeks plus transit time.

Finish Options:
The color samples listed below are the most popular finishes, however, Arm-R-Lite offers over 70 finish options for the Contempo Smooth Model. These finishes include metallic, reflective, prismatic and wood grain options. A full color chart is available upon request. All printed colors shown are subject to distortion, however, color chips are available upon request.
