Shane Keister101 days agoOur experience with Shank Door started out great with our salesman, Tim. He was super knowledgeable and not a pushy salesman. He listened intently to our wants and needs and provided options that matched in a very short time with a fair quote (cheaper than a few other estimates we received). Our installers, Devin and Nate, also did a great job. You can tell they take pride in their craftsmanship while also being super efficient (three doors, openers, etc. replaced in less than four hours!). My only complaint was the lack of communication pertaining to the scheduling of the installation. I was originally given a date that they were shooting for when the order was placed. I didn’t hear from anyone that this was going to change so I planned accordingly. After waiting a few hours that day, I called to inquire and was told I was on the schedule for five days later. This date wouldn’t have been an issue but it was inconvenient that I planned to be home for the install and now how to plan to be home a second day. In addition, no apology was given so it felt like my time wasn’t as valuable as theirs. With that being said, overall we are very happy and I would still recommend Shank Door.Posted on Google

Jake Wolford220 days agoI called Shank Door just to service my garage door, but it turned into a great experience thanks to Jesse and Nolan. They were both super friendly, asked all the right questions, and really knew what they were doing. I mentioned I’d been thinking about upgrading to a quieter, stronger opener for my large door, and Jesse had the perfect option right on his truck. He walked me through it and made the decision easy. They installed it quickly, kept everything clean, and made sure I was fully set up before they left. They even helped connect it to the app and my vehicles. Honestly, the customer service with Shank Door is always great from the first phone call, and Jesse and Nolan carried that all the way through. Really appreciate the help today. Great team.Posted on Google
Don Welch220 days agoShank Door installed the garage doors on my home 20 years ago when my house was built, and my original doors and openers served me very well, so when I was ready to replace doors, openers, etc...Shank was my only natural choice for the work. I ordered 2 Beautiful Insulated Doors, All New Hardware, Door Openers and even had my original Wood trim and brick moulding removed and replaced with Maintenance Free PVC Poly trim and moulding around both door openings. Upon meeting, and executing an order with Brandon Clemmer, who was very Product Knowledgeable and an all around great sales guy, I had requested a few months delay with him and Amos in their office, since I didn't want to have the work performed over winter weather, which Shank conveniently accommodated. This week Dave, their Technician and Installer performed All of this work himself, in One Day, arriving at 7AM and finishing up around 4:30PM and never took a break, worked his butt off hard all day, including working with the very heavy door panels on my larger door, and he did a Beautiful Job! He was very friendly, a people-person and treated my home and property with the utmost respect like it was his own. Dave is a Very Hard Worker and a True Craftsman who takes pride in his work and making certain his work is Top-Notch, making sure I was very pleased with his installations and the products before he left my home. Dave's a True Asset to the Shank Organization!! I am Very Happy with the entire experience I had with Shank Doors and everyone I worked with, and knew I would, hence why there was No Other Choice when it came to Garage Door Work and Services at my home!!+0Posted on Google

We have an older (1980's) garage door which we did not want to replace, but we were expecting pressure to do so since it is old. We also thought we might face a hard sell for a more expensive model. We got no pressure, they totally understood our budget concerns. The technician, Ryan H, who then came to replace the opener came on time, and did a fabulous job on one of the coldest days! Dan Burkett400 days agoFive Star Company! From the time we called, we were taken care of and felt comfortable. We ended up working with Daryl who walked us through the entire process and worked with us for several days looking at different configurations and options. He was very patient, informative, and made us feel comfortable with our choices. We then put down the deposit and scheduled to have a front door with sidelights, a sliding rear entry door, a side entry door, and two garage doors with openers replaced. We were put on the schedule and the materials were ordered. They called the week prior to confirm that everything was a go! Tim G. and Ryan H. spent two long days at our home completing all of the work, and there was a lot of it! They carefully planned their work, communicated with us, and made sure that we understood all of the details and how the process was going to go. To say everything went smooth was an understatement. They worked efficiently, but also very detailed. It was seamless, professional, and impressive. Each day, they did a thorough clean up and always took the time to explain what they were doing as we admired their work. They dealt with what felt like four different climate zones while onsite, including torrential rain, but they made sure to have everything closed up and cleaned up so they could continue working efficiently. At the end, we settled up after a walk through and we could not be happier. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship was excellent. Our only complaint is that we do not have anymore doors to replace!! Thank you Daryl, Ryan, Tim, and the rest of the folks at Shank Door for a remarkable job.Posted on Google

E White404 days agoShank Door employs the finest! Each worker is timely, efficient, and professional. Even over the phone, SCOTT was trying to help me troubleshoot with a competitor’s install (unit had just failed) in my garage. He was able to get a technician to my house the next day at a convenient time that works for my busy family. They solved the issue within a couple minutes! Then, they were able to replace a different unit the same day in the other garage bay with consideration of cost and rebates. Not only was that unit eligible for a rebate, but it has all the new features that my family needs outside of a simple garage door opener! DWIGHT was friendly and courteous, making sure that his work did not impede upon my young, active family at that time. I could not have asked for a better solution to what I considered a very urgent concern. This company is the best!Posted on Google

Andy Cunningham422 days agoWe just upgraded the sliding glass door in our home and we chose Shank Door to quote some options and then to install a heavy door. The two installers, Tim Groff and Tim Dewire, arrived as scheduled and began work immediately. It was an early start and they were as quiet as they could be for as long as they could be. They moved efficiently though their different tasks and the project was finished sooner than we expected. They respected our property (they worked on large pieces of cardboard inside the home which protected our new floor) and they dilligently cleaned every bit of dust and debris inside and outside the home. Our new door is beautiful. Professionally mounted and freshly caulked. We love the look as well as the peace of mind over the inexpensive one that came with the house. This will be a feature when we sell one day. They did a similar security upgrade on our garage doors. If your doors are aging, I would call them and let them find a solution for you. I cannot recommend Shank Door enough.Posted on Google

Jason Muraczewski429 days agoI had Shank door install the garage doors on my home in 2018. Installation was professional and never had any issues. I needed a panel replaced after I hit the door and they fixed not only quickly but for a reasonable price. I recently built a garage and asked my contractor to contact Shank door. Joel and Nolan were sent for installation and they both did a fantastic job and made sure everything was perfect. Shank door is not just about the initial installation. They are readily available if any issues occur as well. Couldn’t be happier.+0Posted on Google
