DESIGNER™ HINGED PATIO DOOR
Designer Hinged Patio Doors are swinging patio door systems available in 2 or 3-lite units and constructed of the same solid quality Signet® and Heritage™ Fiberglass and Legacy™ Woodgrain Textured or Smooth Steel doors as our entry door units.
Custom Widths & Increased Height up to 8 Feet
Need a little more height or a little less width? We are pleased to offer customized door and sidelite widths and heights in 1⁄8″ increments. Available as an Impact Shield Product.
Standard Features
A keyed Schlage® flair handleset with a Maximum Security thumbturn deadbolt is included. Choose from bright brass, antique brass, satin nickel or aged bronze finish. Optional Lifetime finish available.
Designer center hinged patio doors feature a spring-loaded latch system that automatically engages upon closing. Latch also includes interior locking feature. Standard patio door screen is constructed of BetterVue™ fiberglass screen. Heavy-duty fiberglass, aluminum or SeeVue stainless steel screen is optional.
The lock area of the Designer swinging patio door is reinforced with a 20-gauge steel security plate for added strength.
Suspended by ball bearing rollers, this top-hung heavy-duty aluminum screen frame on the Designer center hinged patio door reduces binding, creating effortless operation. Screen frames are available in all 16 colors.
The Z-AC™ threshold has an auto-adjusting riser and built-in sealing system that redefines how your door can perform for you. Standard on Signet and Legacy.

DESIGNER CENTER HINGED PATIO DOOR OPTIONS
ProVia Designer swinging patio doors come in two- or three-panel configurations. Center hinged patio doors enable swing from right or left. Three-panel hinge doors also are available with center swing.
